We ship within Canada only at this time.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on location and carrier.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Orders $0-$74.99 have a flat rate shipping fee of $15 and orders over $75 qualify for Free shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Ember & Hearth Co. is not responsible for delays or lost packages once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
