Returns
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Proof of purchase is required.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Bedding and pillows must not be used or washed to be eligible for return.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, used items, custom orders, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
